The guys were awesome out in this heat. The company should make sure there’s ice and water for them. I told the guys they should bring a cooler and get some zip luck bags fill with water put them in the freezer than you got ice to keep you cool and you won’t need to buy bags of water just a tip Good morning

The manger is on-site and talks to the customers. The service you get here for the money is a great deal! The carwash is great and doesn't beat your car up. The place is kept clean. The vacumans work great and they always have fresh micro fiber towels to wipe your car down with interior cleaner, glass cleaner and fragrance in spray bottles to make the finish details easy for you. Thank you Don, for running this carwash so well.

After visiting this location 3 times in the past month, I'm convinced this is best car wash in Winston-Salem. Unlike a nearby competitor, Shine Time's crew pre-scrubs the tires and rear of the car as it begins its journey into the wash (no tire scrubbing for Basic wash). The soap and applicators do a much better job than their competition because I have yet to touch-up a spot that was missed by Shine Time's wash. Each of the shaded post-wash detailing bays for customers are equipped with a fresh microfiber cloth dispenser, various cleaning sprays, and vacuum. I had the opportunity to discuss with Shine Time's manager Don who was walking about checking on operations, and he's passionate about offering a top-notch car wash experience for its customers. Like their competitors, they offer a monthly membership plan, but if you prefer to pay on an as-need basis, their Basic wash is one of the cheapest AND does a better job.

I've been going to Modwash and I tried Shine Time and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and the carwash was amazing. My car looks amazing when I leave Shine Time. I would recommend it to all my friends.

LOVE the fact that they give you a free wash on your birthday!!! (You have to sign up). Also, you’re able to send free washes to friends and family as a part of their promotions program! (Can only be redeemed once per phone number). The price is worth it for a good wash, unlimited access to vacuums (per wash), and complimentary cleaning supplies. Very good service from workers- and a cute “laser show” when going through the wash (lol).
